Individual Coaching
One Hour Coaching Session

- One hour session exploring your results
- An action plan that you can apply to your personal goals
Deep Dive Coaching Session
Includes:
- CliftonStrengths® Assessment (Top 5 Strengths)
- Three 1 hour sessions exploring your results
- Gain an appreciation of the power and opportunities behind your themes
- Tasks to intentionally develop and leverage strengths
- Plan of specific actions to “flex” talents to accomplish goals, reach desired outcomes, and better respond to situations
Team Coaching
Strengths-based development is an approach that helps team members identify how they can purposely aim their talents so that the team is better equipped to accomplish its goals, performances, and objectives to respond to every day situations.
Includes:
- Meeting with the manager
- CliftonStrengths® assessment for team members
- One or a series of workshops to help your team members understand their results and what it means for them to be successful as individuals in their roles, and as a team.
- Materials, including a follow up report
